		<description>I only recently discovered almond milk after reading a post on Gil&#039;s blog.  :)  I was drinking 4 cups of skim milk a day, which translates into a lot of sugar just from milk!!  I use the unsweetened almond milk (which doesn&#039;t taste THAT great) but use it in my oatmeal and protein shakes which is delish!!  :)</description>
