		<description>Very interesting article there Rob.  You have made some very interesting points here that make it more realistic to challenge yourself on Mondays.  We take the weekend for granted and say we will start fresh again on Monday.  You are right, it is the perfect day to hit those areas that we neglect or fail to focus a lot of attention on.  Look forward to the next one.  Looks like I should do a little extra today and add in some squats.</description>
