Another thing that I forgot to ask you..............how about herbal growth hormone? Are they good or a gimmick? Are Meal replacement powders beneficial, and if yes, at what time is the best to take them?
Thanks

Hi, I am over 40 and I would like to see in your book how much a person my age can take as supplements (including glutamine, creatine, multivitamines and c vitamines) on training days and off days. Thanks.

Hi Dano

Good point. There are some good alternatives but I would like to find out more.

Can you tolerate Isolates? These seem to go well with lactose intolerance.

Egg protein is a awesome protein that gets overlooked.

Also BCAA's!! Lots of them!

Hi Matthew

Ya the whole pro hormone thing is very very overwhelming and changing fast! I am going to touch on it but in all honesty that is a book in itself!

We will cover different creatines and fat burners

pro hormones theres loads on the market all claiming to be the best what to look for etc iv been reading up on them for ages and still am non the wiser have to go of the reviews alone.
protein i used to buy the expensive stuff going on the basis if its expensive its better quality i now buy it in basic bulk form and it does the trick is there any vast difference between the two ????
creatine monohydrate or ethel ester ???
fat burners do the new variety (without etherdrine in them) actualy work which are the best ??

I'd like to see more about alternatives to whey protein(cause I'm lactose intolerant) which ones are the best comparitively to whey, any natural/organic products out there would be great.
Thanks!

Hi Vinc,

I have to be honest I have never heard of them. I will do some reading though.

As well please keep me posted on your end on how you find them. Customer feedback is more important to me than anything.
