My Updated Blog V 2.0!
Well I have been working on this V2.0 of my blog now for the last few weeks and I have been like a kid in a candy store! It is about 90% complete and I am totally excited!!
This blog is my tool to supply you with tons of quality information that can help you with your training and fitness goals (and I also plan to have a few laughs as well lol).
I am very passionate about training & supplements and I have so much information that I want to share and this blog is the perfect tool for me to offer that!

Rob,
If you train twice a day how much time do you need between workouts. Cardio in the am ad weights in the pm.

Hey Rob, thanks for all your invaluable training advice over the years. When i was training hard your help really gave me the push to achieve my goals. I havnt seen you in a bit, but ill be in the next time im in town. Thanks Again Rob!!

Ryan there is no optimal time for dual workouts. Just keep the 2 workouts short. No need for anything over 30-45 min really.
Be sure to eat lots of food, pay attention to recovery, as for optimal time dont worry about it. Just make the best of it.
If it was 2 weight training sessions a day it would be a different story, but 1 cardio/1 weights. No worry about it.
