My First Article On Schwarzenegger.com

I always tell everyone at my gym Heavyweights Training Center to get “Comfortable Being Uncomfortable“.

It’s actually painted on the wall above the entrance of our class area.

I always tell everyone to NOT be afraid of failing.

I always tell everyone to DREAM BIGGER.

Well today I reached a VERY big goal and dream.

I have been published on “Arnold’s” Official Blog www.Schwarzenegger.com

There is NO Bigger Fitness Website on the internet than Arnold’s blog.

I mean heck it’s ARNOLD!

What makes this even sweeter is the fact that I have failed so many times and I always tell my students that FAILING IS GOOD.

Long story short I was told by a top fitness author that I was a terrible writer and really should consider something else besides writing.

It killed me inside.

I spent two days sad and depressed and I questioned everything I have been doing.

Coaching, writing, blogging everything.

It’s a horrible feeling to question yourself when you try your best.

Then I had a “Fuk it” moment.

Something I tell my students all the time is to have more “Fuk It” moments.

A “Fuk it” moment is where you ask yourself “seriously what is the worst that can happen?

I lead from the front and I do my best to practice what I preach.

I am not perfect, but I do my best.

So I took my own advice.

“Fuk It” I am not going to stop writing because of what someone else thinks of me.

I am going to improve, I am going to practice, I am going to write every day, and I PROMISED myself that I would get published in the TOP Fitness Magazines and blogs.

Six months later I was published on site that has impacted my training, coaching and my business and that is www.T-Nation.com (you can check out my article on Farmers Walks).

Never let anyone or anything stop you from reaching your goals.
