2012TrainingGoals

If you don’t have a goal your wasting your time.

To make things even better here is how I do my goal setting.

1. It must be laser like specific (I wan’t to lose fat is not a goal)
2. You need a date to have it completed by
3. You need PRESSURE (Pressure is good not bad)
4. You need the right surroundings (The right people is very important)
5. You need to WRITE IT DOWN (I think this is the most important)

I use my iPhone for everything. My goals I put in my iPhone Notes, and once I complete them they go to the bottom of the list, after I get some I add more. I am always adding to my goals list.

So here are my current goals for 2012.

- 100 push ups in a row
- 150 push ups in 3 min
- 1 Muscle Up
- 315 front box squat
- 315 bench press
- Do my Rippedin42 program to the letter starting may.
- Until then build up muscle and strength keeping a bodyweight of 180 lb.
- Add 1″ to my calves
- Add 1″ to arms
- Do another photo shoot
- Re-join Braziluan Jiu Jitsu and get a blue belt.

Here is something that can help you BIG TIME with your training goals. Do this and you won’t be disappointed.
