A few years ago, I took a vacation.
Well, I have to be honest. It wasn’t much of a vacation! It was February and I went to the Renegade Gym to do a two-day workshop from a guy I really respected and followed big time: Jason Ferruggia.
I should have gone somewhere relaxing and warm, but I was on a mission to become a better coach and to take Heavyweights Training Center to another level.
Jay is one of the top strength coaches and writers in the world, and my goal is to be the best. I’ve learned that to be the best, you have to learn from the best.
So I had packed up and headed to New Jersey for a two day seminar at “The Renegade Gym,” instead of a sandy beach somewhere. To read more about that weekend click here.
At that two day seminar, one of the things that we did in training was rings.
I had very little if any training on rings, and Jay is a big believer in them. I started to add them to my own training and that of my clients training at HWTC. Now I love using them!
Rings are great for stability, core work and they are a FULL BODY WORKOUT.
