A few years ago I attended a seminar called “Fitness Info Summit” in Orlando Florida.
To tell you the truth a the time I was very stressed out, and severely burnt out from work. I had my Supplement Store Heavyweights Supplements where I was working most shifts myself and I also had started a MMA training center.
I was up to my eyeballs in stress, debt, and I was not in a good place mentally or physically, my business was doing great, but I had nothing to show for it. I was lost and I needed help, but I couldn’t admit I needed help.
I went to the “Fitness Info Summit” in Orlando on visa points and honestly going to this seminar was the last thing on my mind. I just wanted a vacation because I was so burnt out and my friend at the time convinced me to go. So I had one of those what I call “Fuk It” moments and decided to go.
I had not heard of Bedros before, to be honest when it came to fitness business I had NO interest. I loved supplements and getting people stronger and leaner, the business was not my passion and I thought I had a good understanding of business (boy was I wrong).
At Fitness Info Summit (now called Fitness Business Summit) I had another “Fuk It” moment and I hired Bedros as a coach. At the time it was one of the most stressful decisions of my life. My visa was maxed, and this coaching program, well, it cost more than my visa limit (and let’s not forget that my visa was maxed). But I said “Fuk it” what’s the worst that can happen!
This decision and getting a COACH is one of the best decisions of my business and personal life (it’s why I always recommend you get a coach).
Last week I was featured as a guest blog post on Bedro’s blog (which happens to be one of the most popular personal training blogs in the world) on “5 Steps To A Successful Transformation Program”
If you are a coach, personal trainer or fitness business owner I know this blog post will help you and help your clients get amazing results.
Never consider a Coach an expense, it’s an investment.
Fast forward a few years and Bedros is still one of my coaches, and I am now happy to have him as a friend as well.
Thanks Bedros for all you do.
