Bret Contreas is one of the top writers and researchers in fitness right now.
He is also known as “The Glute Guy” because of his knowledge of glutes and also for creating some pretty amazing examples on some of his female clients.
I started reading Brett’s blogs and articles a few years ago from his articles on T-Nation.com.
From there I reached out to Bret, ordered his “Strong Curves” and emailed him a few questions.
After that, I knew I had to connect with him and learn from him in person.
I first met Bret at the Fitness Summit in Kentucky last year. I also got to hang out with him and Rachel Guy while on a trip to Las Vegas a few months back. You can read more about that amazing trip and experience on my blog post: “The Hangover – Rob King Style.”
