Thank You Dean Somerset
Last week on the plane home from a seminar in London I was saying to my friend Gill who was at the coaching seminar with me, about how good my back was feeling after all the traveling I had been doing recently.
Long story short I hurt my back over 10 years ago training and it was something that always gave me grief.
After years of trying everything under the sun I can now travel without back pain or back pain medication.
This is a VERY BIG DEAL.
A few years ago I couldn’t go a day without pain meds, let alone travel because my back was so bad.
Pain Sucks.
Back Pain Sucks Even More.
One of the people that really helped me with this was Dean Somerset.
I found Dean Somerset through T-Nation.com and started to read his blog.
The amount of information was crazy, It was different, it was simple, and it worked.
I took a ton of info from Dean and applied it to my own training and helping my back heal and get stronger.
Along with this I passed on a lot of information I have learned from Dean and passed it on to my clients at Heavyweights Training Center. More than helping someone get strong, lose fat, and feel awesome is helping someone who has back pain feel better.
Dean was one of the guys that helped me with his info and when I got the chance to attend a seminar of his I took that chance.
About a year ago I flew to Edmonton Alberta to attend a seminar by Rick Kasselj on Lower Core & Spine with Rick presenting along with Dean Somerset, Tony Gentilcore and Jeff Cubos.
Stoked isn’t the word.
Leaning from these guys was awesome and I was so happy to learn a ton that could help me and my clients.
Well today I am very happy to be featured as a guest blog post on Dean’s blog with a blog post on “Back Friendly Leg Training”.
