Hey Rob

Thanks Dave and nice hearing from you!
Thank you so much for posting more FREE stuff! Not many people do this, greatly appreciated!
cool tips rob!!
im gonna give these a go been having a little shoulder trouble lately.
I had to 2nd look at ur shirt, i noticed its a sityodtong muay thai shirt, the same place i train in thailand.
Thanks Rob, nice informative post. Definitely incorporating some of these into my workout. Also, I believe the Cubans who were a world power in the sport and did the Cuban Press on a regular basis, and that was one of the primary reasons they excelled in the snatch.
Thanks Damien, let me know how the shoulder goes ok.
Ya I trained there when I was in Boston at Delgrotte’s gym…loved it!
Awesome..thanks for the info Jason.
So in number 5, are you suggesting to raise your hips while benching, or just do this exercise as an aside to your bench press?
I used to raise my ass a little off the bench while bench pressing, but I was told that it was the wrong thing to be doing because “it doesn’t target your chest as much”.
@Chris,
There is a lot of “Drive” that you can get out of your bench by utlizing your lowe body (Gliutes hams, etc). I dont like BIG huge bridges (ya know where the guys have nothing touching the benches and it looks like a decline lol.
But a small tight bridge works well.
I recommend practicing it outside benching first to learn the motion as its hard to learn at first, and it overcomplicates benchin..
Hope this helps
