Thanks for this!!

I am big on baking and bake my own whole grain bread (without any white flour or artificial crap). I did a google search for Ezekiel bread recipes and it seems that Ezekiel bread would be fairly simple to make, a coffee bean grinder or small food processor can easily get the beans, lentils, etc. into flour consistency!

Thank you for mentioning Ezekiel bread, I have heard of it but have never ate it before. I am sure that baking it will be cheaper than buying, and more self-satisfying for people like me who love to bake! :)

Apparently it is a religious rooted bread, given to Ezekial by God when he had to survive in the dessert for a long time. Who knew? lol
