A few years ago Andy Pratt (www.pbfit.ca) and myself were lucky enough to attend a Personal Training Nutrition Seminar with Dr. John Berardi. John is one of the top guys around in the field of Nutrition and has countless articles published the last few years. The guy is a genius, and a great guy as well. We also had John at our first Heavyweights Classic 5 years ago!

John recently sent out a great article called “One Habit at a Time.” It is a great read and if you want to improve the area of nutrition and healthy eating, John is your guy. I own his Precision Nutrition System and also his Metabolic Advantage book. Solid reading.
