I LOVE fruit, but when it comes to losing fat I think fruit can be eaten but it should be kept somewhat low.
The leaner you get the more you can tolerate carbohydrates and sugars.
So if your goal is fat loss at first keep the fruits low for the most part.
There are some exceptions and two of them are Water Melon & Strawberries.
A pound of watermelon only has 140 calories and a pound of strawberries only has 150 calories.
To me these are “Free Foods” and you can pretty much eat as much of them as you want.
Food is meant to be enjoyed and water melons and strawberries fruits are amazing.
