I had my first full workout this morning with my Fat Gripz and they are freakin awesome!!
I did some vertical one arm rows, pull downs, horizontal rows, reverse curls and normal bar curls.
My forearms were pumped like crazy and my grip was being used way more than conventional. I will get some training footage and a full review Thur or Fri.
Also today I got my copy of “Strength Training For Fat Loss & Conditioning” from Nick Tumminello today. I am hoping to get to it this weekend and try some of the training and review it in a month or so
