I hope your are doing well & your training is going awesome!

I am pretty excited for this weekend.  I was lucky enough to win tuckets to UFC 113 in Montreal (Thanks to Cotton Club & BudLight).  I am a HUGE UFC Fan and can’t wait go enjoy this event.  I have been busting my butt with work & training the last 4 weeks so a mini break should help recharged the batteries.

I was in Montreal a few years ago for the first UFC in Canada with GSP vs Serra which was just electric!  The seats cost me a ton, but you know what, you only live once and that event is something I will remember for ever!

While in Montreal we plan to hit Tri Star Gym (Where GSP Trains) and Adrenaline Performance Center (Jon Chaimberg top MMA Conditioning Coach) with my good friend & Pro MMA Fighter Jim Geddes (aka the Sasquatch).  Jim is 6 5″ and 270lb.  So it should be fun and also be a great training/learning experience.
