One of the simplest and most effective way to improve your glutes and build a better booty is to train them often.
Pick 1-2 glute exercises and do them every day.
As well you should vary your exercises often.
For example you could do it like this.
Day 1 Squats
Day 2 Hip Thruster
Day 3 Glute Kick Backs
Day 4 One & 1/2 Squats
Day 5 Hip Thruster Feet Elevated
Day 6 Sumo Deadlifts
Day 7 Rest

Train them often, train them with variety and you will get much better results.
