My Day Thursday April 11 2013



I wanted to share my day with you, as a coach and trainer.

My day started with my amazing Yummy Mummy clients, when we had our final workout for this 42 day session.

I gave them a kick ass workout consisting of:

– Walking Bar Lunges

– Bench Press  & Bent Rows

– TRX Rows & TRX Bicep Curls

– Sled Sprints With Bands

Not an easy workout, not even close.

These ladies did amazing work, and I am so proud of them all.

Later on this afternoon I coached 2 of my “Cardio Strength Elite” classes.

Some of these girls are doing pictures on Saturday at our HWTC 42 day graduation party, and I am so proud of them.  Seeing them training hard, getting stronger, getting leaner and working as a team to make each other better makes me happy.

This is just a few pics I took on my Iphone tonight of Sam and Robyn.  More pics coming Saturday.

After my 2 CST classes we had our StrongHERin42 fit test.

We had them do timed suicide sprints, a speed sled push test and then to finish up we had a 1-minute push up variation test.

Our STRONGher girls were beasts!

So this was a typical day at the office for me. I love my job and I am beyond grateful for everyone I coach and everyone who is a part of Heavyweights.  Thank you all.
