New Years Eve Hurricane Workout

I love New Years and I plan to party like a Rock Star tonight to bring in the New Year, but today i had one of the best workouts of my life and I plan to make this a New Years Eve Tradition (Thank You Martin Rooney).

Today we did a modified Category 6 Hurricane.

Today’s Hurricane Was :

3 Stations / Each Station Done 3 times

Treadmill 20 secs
Prowler push
Standing push press 12 Reps

Airdyne 20 Seconds
Farmers carry
12 Spiderman push ups

Treadmill sprint 20 Seconds
Seated prowler rope pull
Bar clean and press 12 Reps
