Something I have been trying to do in my coaching, my training, my business and my life my life is to simplify.
It may sound easy, but it’s not.
I am sure you know where I am coming from.
As a entrepreneur I have ADD and OCD and more all wrapped up into one.
You think every idea is a great idea and you become like a dog chasing cars.
Unless you own a business with lots of staff, clients and moving parts it’s VERY hard to understand.
Coaching classes and training clients is BY FAR the easiest and happiest part of my day.
If I could coach clients and classes 8 hours a day my life would be great and SIMPLE.
But I don’t. We have a business so my goal is to apply this philosophy.
So I have decided that I am going to do my best to simplify.
Simplify our business, our programs, our services, our training and more.
More is not always better.
Now let’s apply this to YOU and your training.
Do you want to lose fat? What are the 3 things you need to do to lose fat? Write those 3 things down.
Now DO THOSE 3 things.
It would like like this.
1. Exercise 5 Days a Week
2. Eat No Crappy Food
3. Drink at least 3 Litres of Water Every Day.
Do those 3 things. Once you do these 3 things then add one more.
Do you want to build muscle?
What are the 3 things YOU need to do?
Write them down.
Here is a good start.
1. Lift Weights 4 Days A Week
2. Eat Protein Every Meal
3. Every Week Try To Add 5 Lbs For Your Main Lifts for 6 Weeks
Now do those 3 things. Once you get those 3 things down, then add 1 more.
Everything right now is too complicated.
Don’t complicate things. If you want results simplify.
