While others will find every reason to not train and get better, an injury is really an opportunity.
How do I know this?
It’s simple, I just had 3 hand surgeries, 2 torn biceps, 1 herniated disc and 3 bulging discs…That’s a lotta injuries and many reasons to quit, but every injury is and was a chance to get better and stronger.

Total freak accident.
She was sad and depressed and didn’t know what to do.
I told her to keep training, and that I would modify every exercise in her program so she could train with the group. Your training team always makes you better.
