How To Foam Roll Your Biceps
After two bicep tears (one tendon tear and surgery and one muscle tear no surgery) something I have to spend time on is keeping my biceps healthy and I do this via foam rolling my biceps.
Foam rolling your biceps is not a pleasant or relaxing experience but it’s very beneficial for many reasons.
If you have a bicep tear or injury foam rolling your biceps will help your recovery and reduce your chance of re-injury.
If you sit at a compute a lot spending a few minutes foam rolling your biceps every day will help you undo the poor posture and bicep tightness that sitting at a computer or desk for too long can cause.
As well it will help improve your bicep pump and that’s always a totally cool thing to have happen :).
