Reese’s Sugar Free

Reese’s Sugar Free

I am not gonna lie to you, I am pretty much addicted to Reese Peanut Butter Cups, and I have to fight my addiction every day.  Sometimes I lose to my addiction, and losing to that addiction makes me oh so happy.  However If I lost my battle with Reese Peanut Butter Cups I would be about 300 lbs and very round, mind you I would have a sugar high 24/7, but let’s face it I can’t give fitness advice at 300lbs :).

Enter Reese’s Sugar Free

At my gym the other night my trainers informed me of “Reese Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cups” and to me that sounds like heaven!  I am pretty stoked to hear about these, they may not be the best things for me but hey I get to eat Reese’s Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cups every week on my treat day which makes things even better.

I know that to get in shape Nutrition is EVERYTHING, I have said this before and I will say it again, Abs are made in the kitchen, but I love chocolate like nothing else, so I am delighted to hear about these.  Off to the grocery store I go lol.

Some people joke about how much they love chocolate, but in all honesty I think I could live off chocolate all day long.

This may go back to many many years ago when my dad would randomly bring me home chocolate treats from his work, he worked at a wholesale business, so my love for chocolate started early.  Thank you Dad!

I may be a Trainer & Fitness Entrepreneur but I am not one of these guys who loves eating Low Carb and Paleo type diets, I love meats, red wine, and chocolate.  That would summarize my diet, however I don’t want to have a heart attack at 40 so I have to limit my indulgences.

I am really hoping that Reese’s Sugar Free will help with my addiction.

As well here is a protein shake recipe that I LOVE

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Loss Milkshake

1 Scoop Prograde Protein or Gaspari Myofusion (Chocolate)
2 Tablespoons All Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
1 Cup Organic Skim Milk
3 Ice Cubes

Pour 1 cup of organic skim milk in to a blender, then add the remaining ingredients.  Blend on high for 30 seconds.  Enjoy 🙂

This bad boy tastes like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup milkshake!  Mmmmmmm.  Enjoy it as a convenient snack or meal replacement anytime – pure goodness.
