Tip : To Improve Bench Press Focus On Pulling Exercises
Want to improve your bench & reduce injuries?
Do as much (or more) pulling than pushing exercises.
Add in as needed :
– Pull Ups
– Penedlay Rows
– Horizontal Rows
– TRX Rows
– Bent Over Rows
– 1 Arm Rows
– Face Pulls
– T’s Y’s, W’s
Be sure to focus on pulling as much (or more) as pushing.
This will improve your bench press strength, keep your shoulders moving health and prevent chance of injury in the long run.
To bench press more, be sure to focus on pulling exercises and a wide variety of pulling exercises.
