Kettlebell Complex From Coach Dan John

My clients have suffering in their near future. 🙂

They can thank Coach Dan John, whom I encountered in a recent seminar in BC for that.

Here is a complex Danielle and I did tonight, this is an ass-kicker.

Want your hamstrings to feel on fire and to sweat like a mofo? Try this workout.

It consists of

-15 Kettlbell Swings

-10 Crusher Goblet Squats


-10 Push Ups

-Suitecase Carry Kettlbell 15 Meters

-1 Pull Up

Repeat same scheme now with 9 reps.  Then 8 reps.  Then 7.

Work your way down to 1 rep.

Each set you do 15 kettlebell swings and the farmers carry, the rest you work down 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 4, 3, 2, 1.

I suffer… My clients suffer. 🙂
