If there is one thing I hate hearing it’s “The workout isn’t hard enough”.
You know that ANY exercise, ANY workout program can be as hard as you make it.
You can do battling ropes for 30 seconds all out and it can be hard or you can coast and say it’s not hard.
You can squat light and say it’s easy or you can squat and push like crazy and get a crazy workout with ANY weight.
You can say any workout program isn’t challenging or hard, but generally this means that YOU are not pushing and your blaming the workout.
Not hard enough means you have the brakes on…. take the brakes off….and train your ass off 🙂
